With over three decades of HR leadership experience across healthcare, financial services, and technology, he brings a unique combination of strategic vision and operational excellence to organizations navigating complex workforce challenges.

Currently serving as Fractional CHRO at Paterson Community Health Center, Mitch previously transformed operations at CAMcare Health Corporation, achieving a 33% reduction in operational activities and 54% faster payroll processing. His track record includes consistently delivering measurable results: 53% faster clinical hiring, 73% reduction in litigation costs, 95% retention of high-potential talent, and a 50% increase in internal promotions.
