With over three decades of HR leadership experience across healthcare, financial services, and technology, he brings a unique combination of strategic vision and operational excellence to organizations navigating complex workforce challenges.
Currently serving as Fractional CHRO at Paterson Community Health Center, Mitch previously transformed operations at CAMcare Health Corporation, achieving a 33% reduction in operational activities and 54% faster payroll processing. His track record includes consistently delivering measurable results: 53% faster clinical hiring, 73% reduction in litigation costs, 95% retention of high-potential talent, and a 50% increase in internal promotions. He has successfully led C-suite recruitment initiatives for multiple Community Health Centers, demonstrating his ability to attract and retain top healthcare leadership talent.
Mitch’s career includes significant leadership roles at UBS and Siemens, where he developed expertise in international operations management across multiple countries and industries. He has managed teams of up to 15 professionals globally and overseen human resources for more than 13,000 employees across 400+ locations. His areas of expertise include organizational change management, HRIS implementations and strategic talent acquisition.
A forward-thinking leader, Mitch recently developed an AI-powered candidate evaluation tool, representing his evolution from technology user to creator. He maintains a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technology trends, often understanding concepts that others might not yet grasp.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mitch values work-life balance and maintains an active role with his family and his Chocolate Labrador, Indiana Jones, appreciating the flexibility his fractional consulting model provides to be present for important family moments.
